What IS Furvern?
Furvern is a 3-4 chapter visual novel created by @Icarus.Untamed on instagram. Created using Renpy, Furvern focus's on themes of media preservation, personal growth and knowing when to walk away.

Furvern takes place in a town known as Sycamore springs. You are a Virtue, a type of angel created to maintain universes created by angels called Archons. Within the game you can choose to help fix three characters, Sam, Astro and Charlie. Learning of their individual stories and personalities. Purusing any of these characters romantically is purely optional and will not change your gameplay beyond minor dialouge.

upon starting your game you will be able to customize your character, picking your name, gender and coat color! yes, coat color! all characters within furvern feature animalistic heads and tails, though the rest of their bodies remain fully human. These characters are limited to certain species. While the player can only be a cat, npcs can range from any land-fairing mammal that consumes meat as part of its main diet (excluding monkeys). As such you will never see a bird, bat, ocean creature or repitle as an npc in game.
